Affiliate Email Restrictions
- Emails you send marketing a our Company product must have a valid reply-to email address owned or managed by you.
- You can only market our Company product by sending emails to lists of people that gave you permission to email them. If you don’t have proof that each recipient on your list opted in for your emails, don’t market our Company products to them.
- We prohibit the use of harvested mailing lists. our Company will blacklist affiliates violating this prohibition.

If a dispute arises under this Policy we agree to first try to resolve it with the help of a mutually agreed-upon mediator in the following location: Strovolos, Cyprus. Any costs and fees other than attorney fees associated with the mediation will be shared equally by each of us.
If it proves impossible to arrive at a mutually satisfactory solution through mediation, we agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration at the following location: Strovolos, Cyprus. Judgment upon the award rendered by the arbitration may be entered in any court with jurisdiction to do so.
